Quality Control

We guarantee efficiency and reliability in every operational phase thanks to a robust and traceable quality system

Quality Operations

Technical Quality for Industrial Environments

At ENSO, we conceive of quality as a strategic and cross-functional role that permeates all our activities. It is not an isolated concept or a verification filter, but an operational principle directly linked to energy efficiency, operational safety, and industrial sustainability. From this perspective, quality is part of every technical decision, of every project we develop, ensuring that our results are aligned with the environmental and decarbonization commitments that guide today’s industry.

The Quality Department is responsible for ensuring that all our products and services comply with the most demanding standards, both internal and external. Its work ensures customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance at all phases of the process: from the selection and traceability of biomass at the source, to the operation and maintenance of our energy facilities. To achieve this, we apply rigorous technical criteria, periodic audits, and control protocols that allow us to anticipate risks, optimize performance, and maintain the reliability of every operational project.

At ENSO, we understand that quality control is much more than a verification system: it is the foundation of a quality culture shared by the entire team, present in every area and department. All our procedures are standardized, documented, and supported by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and periodic technical reviews, thus fostering a dynamic of continuous improvement. This way of working allows us to ensure that every initiative, every facility, and every service consistently contributes to the sustainability, reliability, and energy efficiency of our industrial clients, ensuring tangible and long-lasting success in the long term.

Quality Strategy

Pillars of Our Impact

We Define Operational Standards

We Manage Process Supervision

We apply a comprehensive approach to process supervision, covering everything from the design phase to final client handover. We systematically analyze every stage of the production processes of contractors, suppliers, and associated service companies, with the aim of ensuring that all work complies with established quality standards. This exhaustive control allows us to ensure consistency, traceability, and excellence in every project, reinforcing the reliability of our energy solutions and the trust of our clients.

We Establish Rigorous Performance Control

We implement a rigorous quality control system that combines prevention mechanisms, supervision tools, and corrective actions to detect possible errors in manufacturing and assembly processes. Our goal is to ensure that every product and service complies with contractual requirements, current regulations, and the most demanding technical specifications. To achieve this, we conduct internal and external audits, periodic inspections, and specific tests when necessary, ensuring that all projects maintain the level of quality. valorization of byproducts and waste with energy potential. We leverage forest, agricultural, and industrial waste that, if not utilized, would be the cause of numerous $\text{CO}_2$ emissions.

Furthermore, in certain facilities, we capture and valorize biogenic $\text{CO}_2$, allowing for its industrial use, which avoids additional emissions in other processes.

We Drive a Quality Operational Culture

Quality as a dynamic process that requires continuous improvement systematically applied across all areas and within our Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS). To achieve this, we adopt proven methodologies such as the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle and the risk-based approach, which allow us to anticipate deviations, optimize processes, and reinforce the reliability of every project. The quality department not only aims to apply reactive measures but also strives to drive a culture of quality at all organizational levels.

We Apply Our Quality Control Model to Guarantee Differential Results

CUSTOMER FOCUS

At ENSO, we place the client at the center of our quality strategy. This means deeply understanding their energy needs, their expectations, and the regulatory requirements that condition their activity, to always provide a response that not only meets what was agreed upon but exceeds it. Our Quality, Safety, and Environment department works systematically to ensure that every product and service delivers real and measurable value, from the reliability of supply to the sustainability of processes.

Customer service extends beyond the delivery of the service. We manage complaints, suggestions, and non-conformities with a constructive and transparent approach, transforming every interaction into an opportunity for learning and improvement. In this way, we ensure long-term relationships based on trust and technical excellence.

Internal Commitment

Quality control is not just a function of a specialized area, but a principle shared by the entire organization. At ENSO, we promote the involvement of all teams and professionals in building a culture of quality, ensuring that every person knows, understands, and applies the established procedures.

This internal commitment is reinforced by continuous training programs, active leadership from management, and the integration of quality into the daily management of every process. In this way, quality ceases to be a final goal and becomes an everyday practice, present and inherent [The original text appears to cut off here].

RESULTS ORIENTED

Our quality strategy is geared towards obtaining consistent, predictable, and verifiable results. To achieve this, we utilize internal and external audits, control tests, performance indicator analysis, and traceability mechanisms in each of the processes. The goal is not just to meet requirements, but to achieve a level of excellence that adds value to our clients and strengthens ENSO's competitive position in the market.

The results-oriented approach also involves constantly measuring and evaluating our performance. Through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and periodic reviews, we identify areas for improvement and ensure that the company's strategic goals translate into concrete, tangible achievements aligned with our clients' satisfaction.

Efficiency and Innovation

For ENSO, quality is intrinsically linked to operational efficiency and the capacity for innovation. We apply the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) continuous improvement cycle and the risk-based approach to optimize processes, reduce errors, and anticipate potential incidents. This method allows us to respond agilely to regulatory, technological, or market changes.

Furthermore, we lead innovation initiatives in collaboration with other areas, participating from the project design stage through to execution. The introduction of new technologies, the valorization of byproducts, and the digitalization of processes are examples of how innovation becomes a lever for improving quality, guaranteeing energy solutions that are more sustainable, competitive, and aligned with industrial decarbonization objectives.
