Environmental permitting and regulatory supervision

We handle the processing and coordination of all necessary permits, from impact studies to technical authorizations, ensuring everything progresses smoothly. Additionally, we provide continuous monitoring of regulatory developments to anticipate potential changes.
We manage the entire regulatory framework necessary for the project to progress smoothly: construction permits, environmental authorizations, technical reports, and grid connections where applicable. We coordinate with the relevant authorities in each territory.
We act as technical and strategic interlocutors with municipalities, regional governments, and regulatory bodies, anticipating needs and facilitating processes. Our local expertise allows us to streamline timelines and effectively manage the institutional requirements of the project.

We manage all on-site work, coordinating teams, specialist contractors and suppliers of materials or machinery. We centralise technical and operational management to ensure execution is consistent with the design and established deadlines.
We establish a detailed plan with implementation milestones, a technical schedule, and financial monitoring. We continuously monitor the project’s progress to ensure that it is completed on time, in the right manner, and with the right quality, with documented traceability at each stage.
We apply rigorous occupational health and safety protocols to protect all workers on site. We assess and mitigate technical, environmental and human risks, aligning ourselves with international regulations and best practices in the energy and industrial sectors.

Installation and commissioning

We ensure that all systems perform as intended and support the client during the initial operational cycles, guaranteeing a smooth transition and optimal performance from day one.
We carry out the complete assembly of all main and auxiliary systems, including biomass boilers, thermal distribution networks, electrical panels, instrumentation, and automation systems. We coordinate the mechanical and electrical assembly to ensure a robust and safe installation.
